COMPLAINTS and RETURN OF PRODUCTS
If you want to advertise the product you ordered, you have the right to do so within 14 days of receiving the goods. Send all complaints to:

- Announce this shipment by phone at: +385 (31) 214-046
When we receive your complaint, we will contact you again about the pickup arrangement.
Please do not delay the review of your shipment within 3 days trust the content. If you notice irregularities, either:
- Receipt of goods you did not order,
- Error or damage to goods,
- Expiration of the product’s shelf life,
With the condition that the buyer has not opened or tried the mentioned product or products, that is, returned it to the address in the same condition as in which he received it.
DC Beauty d.o.o., in case of inability to deliver other goods, will contact you back to agree on a suitable solution or will compensate you for the cost of returning the goods and the value of the goods that it is no longer able to deliver within 30 days at the latest from the day of receipt of the written complaint.
